CNA License in Florida (or HHA certificate – 75 hours minimum) Level II Background Screening on file with AHCA Valid CPR Card through American Heart Association or American Red Cross Free of Communicable Diseases (dated within the last 6 months) HIV 2 Hour/AIDS 2 Hour Certificate – 4 Hour Alzheimer’s Training Certificate – 2 Hour Self-Administration of Medication Certificate – 4 hours (Must provide first 6 hours) Professional Liability Insurance – recommended Driver’s License Social Security Card Auto Insurance & Vehicle Registration – You must have your own transportation.
