How it works
Most families call us in the middle of something hard: a hospital discharge, a fall, a diagnosis. We’ve made the first steps simple on purpose.
Tell us what's going on at home. We'll answer questions and schedule a free care assessment, by phone or in person.
A care coordinator meets with you and your loved one to work out a schedule, from a few hours a week to live-in support.
We match you with a caregiver whose skills and personality fit, and stay in touch as needs change. Timing depends on care needs and caregiver availability.
Why Mazaltov
We match families with caregivers whose skills and personalities fit each client’s needs and preferences. Caregivers referred through Mazaltov are screened and credentialed as applicable to their professional classification and to registry requirements, so you can feel confident about who comes through the door.
Care is flexible by design: a few hours of help each day, overnight coverage, or 24-hour and live-in arrangements. Your coordinator stays involved as needs change, and can adjust the schedule or the match at any point.
